Batman: Arkham Asylum Demo Available
Batman: Arkham Asylum demo is now available for download and the full will be released near the end of this month and the PC version in September.
The game opens with Batman along with Commissioner Gordon bringing The Joker back to Arkham Asylum. But things don’t go as plan and The Joker gets away and releases the jailed villians out of their cells. Get a quick taste of the Freeflow combat and the stealth system as you battle your way through Arkham Asylum.
Batman: Arkham Asylum Demo Coming August 7
Batman: Arkham Asylum is the most anticipated game this summer and on August 7 which is this Friday. The demo can be downloaded for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. The demo will include the introduction and you get to play the first mission.
Batman: Arkham Asylum will be coming out on August 25 in North America and Europe will get it 3 days later.
Batman: Arkham Asylum’s Scarecrow

A week ago GameStop gave us a look at the exclusive pre-order challenge maps and along with that also came the redesigned look of Scarecrow. Check out those Freddy Krueger like gloves with needles instead of blades, ouch. There are many people who do not like needles and I’m one of them and this really hits my nerves. Looks awesome!
Batman: Arkham Asylum pre-order exclusive Challenge Map

We all know that when you get the Batman Arkham Asylum Collectors Edition it comes the cool Batarang but did you know if you pre-order the game from GameStop you will receive a bonus Challenge map called “Dem Bones”.
In the Challenge map you get to beat up Scarecrow’s army of minions, which sounds pretty cool.
Batman: Arkham Asylum is coming really soon to a store near you on August 25.
Batman: Arkham Asylum Delayed
Batman: Arkham Asylum will not be coming out on June 23, 2009 as originally scheduled. According to a report over at Game Informer the game was delayed till nearly the end of the year. But Edios has said that the game will be coming out sometime at the end of summer 2009 but no official date has been confirmed.

Batman: Arkham Asylum PC Requirements Out
Wanna play Arkham Asylum on your PC? Of coarse you do, who wouldn’t. That’s unless you to play your games on consoles instead but this post is for all you PC guys. These are the PC system requirements that Edios recommend for playing Batman Arkham Asylum.
Minimum PC Requirements:
- CPU: Intel single core 3 Ghz or AMD equivalent
- Memory: XP = 1 GB, Vista = 2GB
- GPU: Shader Model 3 NVidia 6600 or ATI 1300 or higher
Recommended PC Requirements:
- CPU: Pentium D 3Ghz or AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (Dual core)
- Memory: XP = 2GB, Vista = 3GB
- GPU: NVidia 7900 GT or higher
Play as the Joker on PS3

Eidos and Warner Bros revealed that you can play as the Joker on the PS3 version Batman Arkham Asylum. But the Joker won’t be playable in the regular campaign mode, the Joker will be only playable on the Challenge Maps mode. This will be a free downloadable content when the game comes out.
So its a good thing if you own a PS3 but not for Xbox 360 owners cause there’s no word on any DLC for the 360 or the PC.
Batman Arkham Aylum Collectors Edition is Back
A few weeks back Gamestop posted up the Batman Arkham Asylum Collector’s Edition but then it was quickly pulled down. Now the Collector’s Edition is back up and it looks like not much has changed from the last time which is good cause the 12″ Batarang is still there.

Batman Arkham Asylum Gameplay
Some Batman Arkham Asylum action for those who want to get a bit of idea what the gameplay is all about. This game is looking more and more like a blockbuster title and I cant wait to get my hands on this bad boy.
Batman Arkham Asylum Collectors Edition
Eidos and Rocksteady are going to be giving Batman Arkham Asylum the Collectors Edition treatment. To bad it’s gonna cost a whopping 100 dollars. But to some this will be totally worth the money because in the collectors edition you get a 12″ Batarang.
